We opened “Authent Hotel Otaru”
in Otaru where is a Hokkaido's commercial capital,
in 1998 as a hotel that connects "people" and "feelings."
And, in 2020, we opened a Japanese inn "Raku Suisan" in Niseko.
We touch upon important moments in the lives of our guests,
and also create experiences that spin their thoughts,
and share time with our guests.
